The Triathlon Coaching Program is designed to prepare you, physically and mentally, for the unique challenge of triathlon. Combining swimming, cycling, and running into one continuous race, this program focuses on smart pacing, endurance, technique, and confidence.

Program Overview

Triathlon is a time-based endurance competition that demands balance, between speed and stamina, effort and recovery. Our coaching approach ensures you learn how to manage energy effectively across every discipline.

Distances Available

Sprint Distance

  • 500 m / 750 m swim
  • 20 km bike
  • 5 km run

Olympic Distance

  • 1,000 m / 1,500 m swim
  • 40 km bike
  • 10 km run

Possible Locations (Bali)

  • Jimbaran – Muaya Beach
  • Nusa Dua – Nusa Dua Beach
  • Sanur – Mertasari Beach

Final location is subject to conditions and availability.
