Itinerary: The Great Traverse (Baderan – Bremi)
Day 01: Into the Wild (Baderan – Mata Air 1)
- 08:00 AM: Briefing at Baderan Basecamp, Situbondo.
- 09:30 AM: Technical start using local Ojek (Motorbike) transfer to the forest gate to save 4 hours of plantation walking.
- 10:30 AM – 05:00 PM: Trekking through dense tropical rainforests.
- 06:00 PM: Camp at Mata Air 1. Enjoy a high-protein dinner prepared by our chef.
Day 02: The Golden Savanna (Cikasur)
- 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM: Trekking toward the legendary Cikasur Savanna.
- 02:00 PM: Arrive at Cikasur—a vast meadow with a crystal-clear stream running through it. This is the “Serengeti of Java,” where you might spot wild peacocks and deer.
- 04:00 PM: Leisure time for photography and wildlife spotting.
- 07:00 PM: Riverside camping under the clearest stars in East Java.
Day 03: The Kingdom Above the Clouds (Centhini – Rengganis – Summit)
- 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Trekking through mossy forests to the Cikasur – Cisentor junction.
- 01:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Summit 1: Puncak Rengganis. Explore the ancient ruins of a 12th-century temple and the sulfur-scented volcanic vents.
- 04:00 PM: Summit 2: Puncak Argopuro (3,088m). Stand on the highest point of the Hyang Plateau.
- 05:30 PM: Camp at Rawa Embik, a serene valley with a natural spring.
Day 04: The Descent & Ancient Lake (Taman Hidup – Bremi)
- 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Trekking to Danau Taman Hidup. A mystical lake surrounded by dense forest, often covered in morning mist.
- 11:00 AM – 03:00 PM: Final descent to Bremi Village, Probolinggo.
- 04:00 PM: Post-hike celebration meal and private transfer to Surabaya or Malang. End of Journey.
