[06:00 AM – 09:00 AM] Session 1: The Sunrise Heritage & Breakfast Walk

Location: Banyuwangi City Center

Activity: Tracing the colonial footsteps of the British and Dutch as the city wakes up.

  • 06:00 AM: Meet up at Taman Blambangan (The Historic Square). Light warm-up under the morning sun.
  • 06:30 AM: Walk to the Inggrisan Building (The 19th-century British telegraph hub that once connected London to Australia).
  • 07:15 AM: A scenic stroll through Pendopo Sabha Swagata, the Regent’s official residence known for its unique “Green House” architecture.
  • 08:00 AM: Culinary Stop 1: Sego Cawuk Bu Sri. > A legendary breakfast featuring rice soaked in savory coconut and grilled corn broth, served with pindang eggs and spicy lemongrass sambal. The ultimate local fuel for the day.

[10:00 AM – 02:00 PM] Session 2: The Heart of Osing Culture

Location: Kemiren Traditional Village (Licin Foothills)

Activity: A nature walk through the ancestral homes of the Osing people and lush coffee gardens.

  • 10:00 AM: Start a gentle walk through Kemiren Village. Observe the “Tikel Balung” traditional houses and the daily life of the indigenous Osing tribe.
  • 11:30 AM: Visit Sanggar Genjah Arum to witness a traditional coffee-roasting demonstration and learn the philosophy of “Kopi Osing.”
  • 12:30 PM: Culinary Stop 2: Pecel Pitik & Uyah Asem.

Location: Boom Marina & Kampung Mandar

  • 03:30 PM: Explore Boom Marina. Walk across the iconic spiral pedestrian bridge and along the luxury yacht docks.
  • 05:00 PM: Golden Hour. Enjoy the sunset over the Bali Strait with a clear view of West Bali National Park across the water.
  • 06:30 PM: Culinary Stop 3: Plengsengan Grilled Fish.
  • Head to the Kampung Mandar waterfront. Pick your own fresh catch (Snapper, Grouper, or Whitefish) and have it charcoal-grilled with the signature spicy-sweet glaze of the local fishermen.
