Note: This itinerary focuses on the Central & North regions (Dampier Strait).

Day 01: Arrival in the Kingdom of Kings

  • Morning: Arrive at Domine Eduard Osok Airport (SOQ) in Sorong.
  • Midday: Transfer via private ferry or speedboat to Waisai or your Private Island Resort.
  • Afternoon: Check-in, gear fitting, and a relaxed “Check-Dive” at the house reef.
  • Evening: Sunset dinner and expedition briefing.

Day 02: The Dampier Strait Giants

  • Morning: Two dives at Cape Kri and Sardine Reef. Experience high-energy “fish soup” dives.
  • Afternoon: Third dive at Friwen Wall, known for its stunning colorful soft corals.
  • Evening: Night dive to find the Walking Shark (Epaulette Shark).

Day 03: The Manta Ballet

  • Morning: Double-tank dive at Manta Sandy or Blue Magic. Wait for the majestic Mantas to glide over the cleaning stations.

  • Morning: Dive The Passage—a narrow canyon between Waigeo and Gam Island with unique current-driven ecology.
  • Afternoon: Exploring the Hidden Bay by kayak or small boat among the limestone karst formations.
  • Evening: Educational session on Raja Ampat’s marine biodiversity with our local expert.

Day 06: Last Bubbles & Bird of Paradise

  • Early Morning: Land trek to see the legendary Red Bird of Paradise dance in the jungle canopy.
  • Late Morning: One final shallow dive at Mike’s Point or Sardine Reef.
  • Afternoon: Gear drying and “No-Fly Time” relaxation. Optional visit to Waisai local market.
  • Evening: Farewell Dinner and photo exchange session.

Day 07: Departure from Paradise

  • Morning: Breakfast and transfer back to Sorong via speedboat.
  • Afternoon: Transfer to Sorong Airport for your flight to Jakarta or Bali. End of Expedition.
