Cycling Meru Betiri Adventure

A multi day cycling sport adventure through Meru Betiri National Park – Banyuwangi, combining endurance rides, coastal exploration, tropical rainforest routes, and wildlife conservation experiences.

Itinerary Details

Day 1

15.00 – 17.30 (2.5 hours) – Cycling equipment preparation and participant readiness 

18.00 – 02.00 (8 hours) – Overland journey to Rajegwesi Beach.
Includes:

• Snacks during the journey
• Dinner stop at Warung 
• Rest stop when Arrival at Rajegwesi Rest Area.

Day 2

02.00 – 06.00 (5 hours) – Rest, prayer, and refresh at Rajegwesi (adjusted to conditions).

06.00 – 07.00 (1 hour) – Morning preparation and breakfast (polo pendhem & coffee) at Rajegwesi.

07.00 – 09.00 (2 hours) – Healthy walk and beach exploration:

• Boat transfer from Rajegwesi to Teluk Ijo Beach
• Continue to Batu Beach by boat or walking
• Return to Rajegwesi for cycling preparation
• Facilities provided: boat, coffee, snacks, mineral water, fruits
  
  Note: Please be cautious of monkeys.

09.00 – 15.00 (6 hours) – Main cycling activity from Rajegwesi to Sukamade Beach (±17 km).
Route includes Meru Betiri forest trails with:

• Water Station (km 4)
• Lunch stop at river area (km 10)
• Full support: Jeep, Road Captain, Mechanic, Hospitality Crew, Marshals
• Ice box and cycling nutrition provided

15.00 – 17.30 (2.5 hours) – Rest, prayer, shower, and lunch at Sukamade.

17.30 – 20.00 (2.5 hours) – Dinner at Sukamade featuring grilled fish, goat, or buffalo.

20.00 – 22.00 (2 hours) – Turtle nesting observation at Sukamade Beach.

Day 3 

04.00 – 06.00 (2 hours) – Prayer, refresh, and preparation to return to Rajegwesi.

• MTB bikes loaded onto jeep.
• Breakfast: polo pendhem.

06.00 – 07.00 (1 hour) – Turtle hatchling (tukik) release activity.

07.00 – 10.00 (3 hours) – Return cycling route toward Muara Badug Beach via the fastest track.

10.00 – 12.00 (2 hours) – Preparation for return journey:

• Lunch
• Beach photo session at Muara Badug (conditional)

12.00 – Overland journey, End of program. Back to Home
